Star

A star. Just a star. Everyone thinks that’s all my home is. A bright ball of gas. A light in their sky at night. Well, you earthlings would be amazed to find out your silly little scientists are wrong about our homes. I'm Celestia, by the way.  I guess in Earth years I would be 17 years old. I have a boyfriend, Kaz, and a younger sister, Kara. Today is the first day of my school, Stars West High, and I'm so excited to start, because this is the first time Kaz is going to my school. Kaz went to Sun East High, but he moved to my starhood this year. On Earth they would call us juniors, so I'll go with that saying. My starcar is ready to move, so I'll write more after school.

I'm so excited, because there is going to be a talent show in a few weeks, and Kaz asked me if I wanted to sing a duet with him, and my heart skipped a beat. I asked him to sing a few bars of any song, and man, is my boyfriend good. The prize is 5 moondollars, which to you Earthings isn't that much, but to you that would be like $1000. I know in my heart that I just scored 2.5 moondollars for myself, because we're splitting the money. We are working out a schedule, but right now I'm going to go to the movies with Kaz.
